These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the ReviPass service, a digital loyalty card platform provided by ReviPass.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ReviPass service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Service Description
ReviPass is a digital loyalty card service that enables local businesses to offer loyalty programs via Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The service includes: • Creating and managing loyalty cards (points or stamps mode). • Generating Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. • A dashboard for managing customers and rewards. • A QR code scanner for transaction validation.
3. User Accounts
Merchants must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account. End customers do not need to create an account — their identity is verified by email or via Google Sign-In.
4. Subscription and Payment
The service is offered at €39/month (or €19.50/month for launch offer subscribers). Payment is processed by Stripe. A free 7-day trial is offered, with credit card entry at registration. The subscription is commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time from account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to: • Use the service in accordance with applicable law. • Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes. • Not attempt to compromise the security of the service. • Not resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
The ReviPass service, including its source code, design, trademarks and content, is the exclusive property of ReviPass. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use these elements without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". ReviPass does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, ReviPass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. ReviPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days and then deleted.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. Your continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
